Terms of service

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These terms cover your use of gephyr.ai, the Gephyr console and the connectors Gephyr hosts. By using them you agree to these terms. Questions: hello@gephyr.ai. Post: Gephyr, 275 New North Road, Islington #1618, London N1 7AA, United Kingdom.

The service

Gephyr lets an app company publish a connector that makes its app usable from AI assistants. The app company chooses which actions assistants may take; Gephyr hosts the connector, handles sign-in, confirmations and logs.

Gephyr is a new service. Features may change, and some described in our docs are marked as not yet live.

Your account

  • Keep your sign-in secure. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
  • If you sign up for a company, you confirm you’re allowed to act for it.

App companies

  • You must have the right to connect the API you give us, and to let your users act through it.
  • You choose which actions are enabled and how they’re protected. Mark payments, cancellations, deletions and other irreversible actions as needing confirmation.
  • You’re responsible for your users’ data and for telling them how it’s used. Gephyr processes it on your behalf as described in the privacy policy.
  • Paid plans are billed per successful call, at the prices on our pricing section. Failed calls and calls Gephyr blocks aren’t billed, so a call that fails and is tried again is billed once, when it succeeds. Repeating an action the user already approved returns its original result and isn’t billed again.
  • A paid plan renews each month or year until you cancel; cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for. Every plan except Enterprise stops at its monthly allowance until the next month; you’re never billed for calls past it. Details: plans and billing.
  • Paid plans are sold through Link, Stripe’s merchant of record: Link takes your payment, adds and pays any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipts. Link’s own terms apply to the purchase, and Stripe can refund a payment where its terms or consumer law require.

End users

Your use of an app through a connector is also governed by that app’s own terms. AI assistants can make mistakes: check what an assistant is about to do, especially when it asks you to confirm.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Gephyr to:

  • break the law or anyone’s rights;
  • attack, probe or overload Gephyr, other customers or any third party;
  • get around a connector’s access rules, confirmations or rate limits;
  • connect systems you aren’t authorised to connect.

We may suspend a connector or account that breaks these rules or puts others at risk.

Availability and liability

Gephyr is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Gephyr isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions an AI assistant takes on a user’s instruction. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using Gephyr and delete your account at any time. We may end the service for you with reasonable notice, or immediately for serious breaches of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material we’ll update this page and the date above, and tell customers by email before they take effect.
